Hotel Appraisals
Our hotel appraisals are USPAP and FIRREA compliant and are designed primarily for limited-service hotels.
Most of our hotel appraisal engagements are completed in two to three weeks. Our fees normally range from $3,500 to $6,500, depending on the individual asset and the agreed upon scope of services. Our fees are inclusive of travel and all related expenses.
The majority of our appraisal engagements encompass hotels that are generating up to $4.0 to $5.0 million in annual rooms revenue. However, if your asset is a significant full-service property or one earning notably higher revenue levels, we welcome the opportunity to discuss the project.
