For close to a decade, Scott Killheffer has been instrumental in hundreds of hotel consulting and appraisal assignments, leading a team of hotel professionals whose collective experience spans virtually every major market and submarket in the Mid-Atlantic. Scott’s prior hospitality experience includes work at the Courtyard by Marriott in Newark; the Bear Mountain Inn in Bear Mountain, New York; and the Hyatt in Baltimore, where his responsibilities included managing staff, opening and closing the hotel, and developing and implementing an iPad-based procedure that improved the efficiency and frequency of guestroom inspections. Scott earned a BS in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from the University of Delaware.
