Jerod oversees the firm’s Philadelphia office. He leads a team of hotel professionals whose collective experience spans virtually every major market and submarket in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and surrounding states—offering a breadth and depth of hotel industry expertise that provides clients rapid delivery of thorough, authoritative reports on regional hotels.

His nearly 20 years of experience in hospitality consulting spans projects across all classes of hotel properties, including large portfolios of hotels for lenders and owners.
