Dallas Director Kathleen Donahue has conducted or overseen appraisals of hundreds of limited- and select-service hotels, providing expertise and insights highly valued by hotel investors and lenders. Kathleen joined U.S. Hotel Appraisals from Radisson operations in Austin, following graduation from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a certified general appraiser in Texas and surrounding states.
