Under the Choice Hotels International umbrella of brands since September 2005, the Suburban Extended Stay franchise is the largest economy-scale, extended-stay hotel chain in the United States. All Suburban Extended Stay Hotels feature complimentary high-speed Internet access and televisions with complimentary premium movie channels. Rooms feature a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, a two-burner stovetop, a coffeemaker, cookware, and dining utensils. Weekly housekeeping service is provided in addition to onsite guest laundry facilities. Select hotels offer a swimming pool and/or a fitness room, as well as limited meeting space. The chain caters to budget-conscious, extended-stay travelers.
